just got word from PasswordJDM. It's here in the states, and it just needs to clear customs. hopefully, by monday, realisitically, next month...

 

Leo from PasswordJDM called me today, and it seems someone goofed on shipping the front ends...

Long story short, he told me if I kept the deposit with them, when the 3 front ends he's expecting to come in, in mid-June I can go down and take my pick of the liter so to speak. Furthermore, he offered discount/extra parts (nothing specified, but I hope worthwhile!).

My gut feeling is, I've waited this long, no point in giving up now. I wonder what kind of discount/extra parts are going to be thrown in, or what I should ask for. Any ideas?

 

damn you have been waiting for a long time now. Hopefully its all worth it. I probally wouldnt have the patients to wait that long

 

Leo of PasswordJDM gave me a call this evening and told me that the front end will be in some time this week! Gotta call him back tomorrow to find out when I should pick it up.

I'll take pics of it, and the completed project when it's finished! I should probably take some before and after pics. <tee hee>

HID! I've waited for 7 months!

 

This would be the before photos. Front End will be picked up and dropped off at Reflections Auto Body on Wednesday. They estimate a week to three weeks for installation.




I got my windows tinted today. I only went with 35% tint, because I didn't want it to stand out as being tinted. You really notice a difference on the inside, because the sun doesn't feel so hot on your skin. I hope this also helps with the heat this Summer. Unfortunately, I can't roll down my windows for a couple of days while it sets.
