Default question about a/c and radiator fans

I have a '94 GSR and today I tried using the A/C for the first time since last fall and now it is only blowing warm air. It worked like 6 months ago. Could I simply be out of refrigerant? My intake has been rubbing against my a/c lines to the point where I think it may have created a small hole. I wrapped it all up so they wouldn't rub anymore but maybe all of the refrigerant escaped? What else could be causing it to blow warm air? Also, today I noticed that neither of my radiator fans came on even though my engine was at operating temp. Shouldn't at least one of them have been moving? Thanks for any help.

Check your relays (coolant temp fans and A/C) under the hood... and fuses...
