ok. today i ran a power wire to the yellow part of the plugin for the compressor. the clutch kick in! i was so happy to see it going! but i have no power coming to the red wire connecting to the yellow one. if u dont know what i am talking about it is the one in the engine bay on the drivers side. behind the headlight.
any suggestions on what could be causing this? the fan isnt kicking in either. and it isnt the cooling fan relay. it is good. i am stumped

 

i cant find my relay for the compressor clutch either..i have a 98 civic ex..i found a cooling fan but i dont think its that one
