Default water leaking from my power auto seatbelt..help

Okay in my 92 integra 2 door the right roof mounted seatbelt is pouring in water, the floorboard is covered and the doorpanel is soaked and the ecm is waterlogged. What is the first thing I should look for? Is this a common problem in these cars? I just dont want to tear the interior out of the car and have it sit for a week torn apart, this is my daily driver. Hopefully someone on here has already fixed this problem and can help me.
