Default Need part number (pic inside)

I noticed leaking from this area (top radiator hose to engine) . Its a gasket but I dont have the part number, can someone please look it up?

I don't have a part number, but I had the same problem. I just used some high temp gasket maker (silicone?). Removed the housing, cleaned it off real well, smeared on the gasket stuff, and re-installed. No leaks since.

Make a new gasket with high temp RTV.
