Default FINALLY...i got my R!!!!

OMG i'm extremely happy and releived...4 other people tried to buy my precious in only 3 days and now it's mine! But yeah i just picked it up today...It's a 2000 PY #21.

It's in a little rough condition but it's def worth the extra effort to fix her up...only thing is a 2 VERY minor dents...and a scrape on the front lip...And a rattle coming on the inside which hopefully someone can help me with...let me describe...

Basically it sounds like it's coming from right under the glovebox on the dash...can't tell if it's actually in the dash or just on the other side in the engine bay...but it only does it when the exhaust hits a certain note If anyone has any ideas on where to look to stop the annoying rattle let me know

Oh and of course pics will come tomorrow...and no she def will not be wrecked...can't wait to hit the track with it

Congrats on the buy.

Most everyone with an Integra has at least one rattle that bugs them to death. They aren't luxury cars with cushy interiors, they have their rattles and it is something you need to get used to. As a suggestion to try and find your rattle, remove the glovebox and make sure that nothing behind it is rubbing against one another. Metal to metal rubbing is the primary source of rubbing, so check for that. Have someone listen while you drive to pinpoint the exact location.

What are your plans with it?

I have annoying rattles coming from my dash. But hey, nothing a little music can't drown out :P

Congrats on the buy. The driving sensation in a Type R is phenominal, I actually rather prefer the R over a S2000.

Here are the pics...also found the rattle...was the glovebox

My plans for it are pretty laid back for now...i want get a new front lip cuz it's pretty banged up with chips and stuff...fix the 2 dents in the quater panels...then i'll prolly start with a j's racing intake. After that get dc 4-1 jdm headers, omnipower test pipe...but i haven't decided on exhaust...i just want something loud but not a huge can on the back, so gimmie some suggestions. Also i want the car about an inch lower but don't wanna mess up the awesome suspension?? what should i do?? Thanks

Car looks great. Just have your lip repainted, invest the saved money into new floormats. Lips are not available from Acura any longer so they are hard to find.

Ditch those tires before you kill yourself.

Stock wheels IMHO should have RE010 tires.

Nice looking car.

But those poorly placed side markers are hopfully just stick-ons... Try to see if you can take them off.

BTW I sent you an IM please read.

Hmm, who was the previous owner? The only PY ITR in MD (that I know personally) belonged to an old friend.
