arg,go out this morning and my car is puffing blue smoke (oil) when she is cold and around 5k and up..my guess is my rings went? or could it be seals in the valves. My guess is rings cause my exhuast and oil both smell like gas,anyone have their own opinion?

 

It is your rings, unfortunately. I had the same issue and the ring replacement fixed it completely.
