Power gains from new Cams....?
I have a 95 Integra SE (B18B1) non-VTEC.
AEM CAI, DC Header. Engine stock otherwise.
Would it be bennificial to install aftermarket cams? And if so, what sort of power gains can be realized from the cams?

Daily driver with extra "oomph" as you put it. I am not looking at any in particular yet (any suggestions). I can install them myself, done it before years ago in a CRX I used to race.
you can check out crower's lineup: http://www.crower.com/cat/import/honda/cams/b18ab.shtml
i also hear great things about rocket's vtec cams, so his non-vtec cams should be just as good. http://www.m24x.com/products.htm#

You can do type r japanese cams, ctr or itr non us spec for good gains, any bigger you will need valve springs and retainers also. An engine management system would be nice as well, but just some itr cams alone will be more like what your sounding like you would want. i say with tuneing (with a vafc or like a hondata also) 10 whp or so. possably more. (like 5 at the most.)
