My 1990 Integra wont start, ive tried everything from a brand new distributor to taking out fuel pump.My engine turns over but wont start. My fuel pump works but i think the current to the pump sometimes works and sometimes doesnt. Ive done lots of electrical testing making sure all electrical fuses and components work. They all do. But my car just doesnt turn on.
