Default Clutch and tranny questions

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

is it normal for a tranny to shift if its out a vehicle? Like you can push the shaft in and out the shift linkage connected to?
Engine B18b

Also, my pressure is low on the pedal of a 1994 Honda civic HB, fluid is high, so does this mean i need a new master cylinder or slave cylinder?

I can always shift the tranny when it's out of the car.
I got a low pedal pressure when I changed out my slave cylider. I tried to bleed it thinking the effort would increase. It didn't. Now I'm used to it. The two clutch sets I've replaced since then haven't changed it either. I don't have any problems shifting, so it must be good.

Are you having touble with shifting?
