Default Integra burning oil?

Usually on long drives my car (96 4dr GSR) tends to lose a lot of oil. I think its burning oil cause I don't see any leak on the ground. I do see some oil leak around the spark plug holes and some near where it says the block number. What do you think I can do to fix the problem? I'm tired of changing the oil and then like acouple weeks later, having to pour more oil in. Its a big waste of money.

If you're burning it, it could be valve seals or piston rings. The valve cover gasket may be leaking alittle. How much are you going through?
