gsr/itr headers help !!

Default gsr/itr headers help !!

im lookin to buy some new headers for my 1996 gsr and i was curious if this would fit my car

DC Sports 1996-97 Acura INTEGRA TYPE-R 4-1 CERAMIC RACE HEADER, ONE PIECE (JDM Style, For Off Road Use ONLY, NO CARB E.O. #)

i dont know if these fit and are they better than dc ceramic 4-1 headers for the gsr ...i could use some help thanks!

oh and whats the difference between ceramic and ss headers... why are the ceramic so cheap

i think the Type R header is longer than the GSR header. Someone correct me if im wroung

It is longer....same length as the LS...and since it is the JDM replica it will have a 2.5" collector.

The cat for the Type R is the same length as the LS. Thus, the header is longer in the collector area. So, it won't directly bolt on if that's what you are saying.

Ceramic is cheaper because it is made of ceramic coated mild steel, looks worse, and doesn't last as long as stainless steel.

SS last longer than ceramic and they look better too

if i bought an aftermarket hi flow cat would it bolt on? what would i have to do if i didnt fit.......should i even bother with this header? lol

any good headers recommendations for under 300 bucks?

sorry for the noob questions!

oh and one last thing, where can i buy a high flow cat converter

Just get the header thats made for your car. Less headaches that way. What part of CT you from?

if i went with a dc ceramic 4-1 and a high flow cat would i notice any power gains??
