Default VTEC wiring help

I had a few questions... I just finished putting an LS-VTEC into a 97 LS. For the VTEC wiring I know I have to run the VTEC solenoid (pin 8) and the VTEC Pressure switch (pin 15). Ive seen that the connector for the pressure switch has 2 wires, is one of them a ground? Also, do I have to wire up the IACV?? If so, where is the IACV located??

what head are you using? The IACV is located behind the Intake Manifold. Its held on by 2 bolts

I am using a GSR head. Is the IACV the one that has a hose connected to the throttle body giving it coolant??
