Default Need help with valve clearance!

I've got a 91 teg and the timing belt broke. I am trying to replace the head, but I don't understand how to set the valve clearance. The rocker arms cup around the valve stem seals, not allowing me to put a feeler gauge in there. How am I supposed to set the valve clearance with this setup?

You stick the feeler guage between the camshaft lobe and the rocker arm. The screw that is tightened by the bolt adjusts the clearance. This page will tell you how to adjust valve lash: http://www.c-speedracing.com/howto/v...alveadjust.php it is for a vtec head but it is still the same premise.
