Default Power steering problem?

Hey all,
I had noticed something, that I hadn't really thought too hardly on, and just now call into question.... sometimes, when I do what's the most fun (gun it) my steering wheel jerks one way or the other slightly... nothing that would put my car out of control... but i'd rather not push my luck, y'know what I mean?

I've not had a chance to get under the hood and check my levels yet, but is that just a symptom of my girl being low power steering fluid?

Thanks for input/advice!

its called torque steer, when you step on the gas and you shift quick the car will jerk a little bit

You could be out of alignment too. I highly doubt it has anything to do with your steering system.
