Burning a lot of oil very quickly. Please help!!!

Did you do a leak down test as well as I had recommended above?

Not only that but a 5minute compression test cant hurt if it does in fact show rings or a ringland or a headgasket issue.

If you're positive there are no leaks, then it's probably the rings.

Common leak areas are:
head gasket (you mentoned it's new, but have you ever overheated your car before?)
VTEC solenoid
cam cap
distributor o-ring
oil pan gasket
oil pan drain bolt

and that's all I can think of right now
