If you want something loud, pretty and gives you good gains...I'd look into an Amuse R1 Titan without the resonator. Won't sound as deep and throaty w/o the resonator but you'll have straight through, titanium exhaust flowing smoothness.

I live in Maryland to and sometimes cops can be jerks when it comes to stuff like a loud exhaust. Thats why I have the WS on my GS-R because I didn't want anything that would bring attention to me. A buddy of mine has the N1 on his Integra and that thing is loud not my style but to each his own.

That's such a broad question. What are you looking for in an exhaust?

Some things to consider:

- Axleback or catback?
- Volume
- Tone
- Reliability
- Level of performance: low end torque? Mid range, at high revs? or just throughout the powerband
- Price: how much are you looking to spend or willing to spend up to?
- Size of the piping (ties in with performance)
- B-Piping design
- B-Pipe thickness
- B-Pipe material

I can come up with several few more variables but I'm tired as hell from work and class to think about it right now.

I really like the sound of my spoon N1. Nice deep sound, no ricey farting sound. www.ipsracing.com has good prices on them.

I dont' really see how you're considering the world sport which is a chambered muffler and then your other choices are the T1R or an SMSP 2.5" exhaust...

If you're planning on going with a header with a 2.5" collector, it would probably be a wise choice to get a 2.5" exhaust now. If you can't afford everything at once, I'm actually selling a used carsound cat with flanges welded by hytech which would facilitate this. It's has a 2" inlet for USDM headers flared to 2.5" at the outlet.

Another choice for a custom exhaust is hytech.

Well if any of you have a stock itr muffler for sale, after all this swapping to new one's, I'm looking. I want to make mine quieter.

Do you know the size pipe going into the stock itr muffler? Right now I have a 2.5 in collector (type r) and a test pipe with 2.5 cat back. It's a greddy evo and I thought that maybe going to a stock muffler would help with the noise and tickets a bit. I just got my 6th today. the stock look may help but I'm worried about performance loss too.

hi guys, i am new here

Speaking of an exhaust, can someone please tell me how much the SMTP exhaust go for? And do they make a header as well? If yes, how much as well?

I have done some reading, and it seems that SMTP is one of the best.
