Suspenssion upgrade?
What combination would be better to do; strut tower bars and urathane bushings or stiffer springs and shocks? I also want to factor in how long the parts will last. Please keep in mind that i don't have a lot of cash. Any comments would be appreciated.

Which model Integra do you have, if it were my car it would be springs and shocks as well as a strut bar also consider the lower tie bar. To me the polyurathane bushings are not worth the hassle and besides if not properly lubed they will squeak over time.
I have a 94LS. I heard that bushings will do a lot to stiffen the suspenssion but I'm hearing a lot of bad stuff about putting them on. I also heard that lower tie bars can be dangerous on the street cause if you hit a bump it may cause the car to go sideways, but I don't know.
I got tien coilovers they are the best shit, out lots of improvement, urthane bushings, aren't going to make that big of a difference and they sqeek, like hell, and the nice thing about tien depending on what u get, u can have adjustable shocks, and u can adjust the hieght which is nice thing to have, start with lowering your center of gravity, and u will get a world of difference.... ( note don't just get springs with stock shocks they break, and springs are cool, but if u get springs u can't adjust them, and make sure u get some good ones with some good shocks
