Default my new teg

well guys I bought the integra that I posted about in this thread
https://www.honda-acura.net/forums/s...d.php?t=174720

Im having a problem with the hatch though...
sometimes I close it and it doesnt catch.
My friend thinks it might be the spring that pulls the lock back when the hatch is lifted, lubricants dont seem to help at all
I love my new teg

There are little rubber knobs on the underside of the hatch that can be adjusted to change the height of the hatch after closing. Maybe these are too tight? Try loosening them.

But yeah, show us some pics.

Check the code stamped on the engine. It should say B18C1. Also, there should be a DOHC VTEC emblem under the passenger side taillight. You can't tell a car by the wheels but what is under the hood. Also in the VIN number there should be DC2 in there somewhere.

yes that means it's a GSR. You know it's possible to take the rims off a car right?

jh4dc2 is indeed the designation for a GS-R coupe. just make sure the engine is in there :wiggle:
