Default Quick oil change question:

I only bought my car this past July, have done two oil changes myself when it was nicer out. Now that it is friggin cold, I took it to a shop to do it and now I seem to be leaking oil out from around the bolt underneath.

My question: is that bolt supposed to have a washer on it? I cannot recall the last two time I did it if it had one or not, I cannot see one on there now. Maybe the dumbass at the shop didn't tighten the bolt enough and now it's leaking.

Anyone have any thoughts on this? Thanks

My 92 teg has a washer but it's also stripped so I may be different, but it makes sense...
