Default Very Uncomfortable Integra!

Lately I've been doing some 2-3 hour drives a couple of times a week. The drivers seat is killing my ass. I have tried it in every position. It doesn't bother me during everyday driving but during long trips I'm finding this car to be incredibly uncomfortable. I know its a compact sport car and I'm not expecting the comfort of a Lexus 4 dr sedan but I need some relief! Anyone else have problems like this?

I get that too. My butt goes numb after about an hour or so. I also find myself really tired after a drive too. Must be the bumps and constant shifting.

Try driving a Montero Sport from Houston to Laredo, I love the seats in mine, lumbar support, bottom cushion tilts fore and aft, what year is your car and what adjustments does it have?

I'm with you, the seats aren't great for over 1.5 hours.

its a 98 GSR. Its got two turn adjustments on the left hand side and then the lever for the seat back. I'm open to suggestions

I have '93 integra seats in my '92 civic. They're 100x more comfy than the vynil non-bucket seats my civic came with, but even after the swap, my back, shoulders, and neck hurt after a 1-hour drive. It's probably several factors that add up to make you uncomfortable.

One thing that helps is to move the seat closer to the wheel. I'm really tall, and reaching a long distance to the wheel for long periods of time seems to do the most damage to my back. If I sit uncomfortably close to the wheel, my legs cramp up, but my back feels fine... so it's a no-win in this car for me. It just doesn't seem to be built in such a way that I can get comfortable. My GSX doesn't make me feel this way. I fit really good in there...
