Default Apexi Worldsprot

So, next month the worldsport goes on. Right after it gets out of the shop.

What kind of paint should I use to paint the can itself black? And should I do the tip too?
UNF.

Yes, I typo'd worldsport.
Do I care? No.

don't do the tip. but painting the muffler black looks good on the WS.
You can just get some hi-temp black paint from Pep Boys or Lowes. Lowes has some paint that will withstand 1200*F...I think that should be plenty. The kind they sell at Pep Boys has to be baked to cure...so I'd go with the Rustoleum they from Lowes.
Make sure to by some high grit sand paper (get the highest number you can find) to scuff the muffler up real good.

It's not so much a stock look I want, I just don't want a big shiney garbage can showing underneath my car.

By the way, anyone got sound clips or testimony on how it actually sounds? I *definatly* want something quiet, borderline stock sounding.

Also, are Apexi WS CARB legal (or does it matter?) and same with a GReddy header?

Update: There is no CARB number neccesary for catback exhausts (So long as it meets sound restrictions, if you have them). I am still trying to find if a GReddy Header is legal or not though.

Oh, bro.
Car wont be in the shop on the 31st, it goes in the week AFTER that.
So wash/wax is lookin good!!!

I'm trying to find someone who wont be a puss and will go with me...
My car will be wrecked (sorta, still), so you will all have to endure the thrashing.

As soon as it gets fixed I'm buying the RS*R or WS. Find me an RS*R!!
How loud is the RS*R and WS?
