do u guys think i can keep up with predule sr-v?

and what kind of header should i get?

If clearance under the car is a problem, I'd get a 4-2-1 header.
Otherwise, a 4-1 header will aid top end horsepower (slightly)

Since the B16 is particularly hampered with low torque output, I'd favor the 4-2-1 in any event.

And if you want to see how your DB will fare against that Prelude, take it to the track.
