Default LS integra clutch problems

Never beat on in any way

anyway, i like in ny and we got slammed with a snowstorm over the weekend, so friday night i came home from work and parked it. Car was A-Ok. Sunday when i go to move it to shovel around it, the clutch pedal just sinks to the floor. initially i thought something might be frozen, but i ran it for about an hour and that didnt do anything. someone mentioned to me to check the clutch fluid, and smeone else mentioned the slave and master cylinders being weak on hondas? obviously i dont know so if some people could point me in the right direction as to possible problems/costs/solutions. thanks

could be lack of clutch fluid check it and see if it needs some. Or you can have air in your clutch lines

Try bleeding the clutch lines. There may be some air in there.

the clutch pedal was on the floor, and did not comeback up like it should when pressed.

the fluid was extremly low, when filled and clutch pumped it came back but was spongy like brakes with air in the line. so i filled it and gave it half pumps, rest, and more half pumps and the air came out. problem resolved basically, but i want to know if i

ts irregular for the fluid to be low, considering it hasnt been check in a long time, and there is probably no break in the line because there are no spots in the snow or in the driveway..?

wheres the bleeder valve for the clutch fluid line?

thanks

Check whether the clutch master cylinder is leaking at it's shaft. It comes thru the firewall & soaks into the carpeting under the pedal.

The bleed screw is at the clutch slave cylinder.

edit... Hondas have the slave cylinder on the outside of the bellhousing. Easy to reach, next to the right-hand radiator fan motor.

No, it is not even a two man job. I just had same problem, and bled the clutch in about 15 minutes. It is right there, and the lower shroud gives you a spot to rest the bottle to catch the stuff coming out. The slave cylinder is right there in the front, I did not even have to remove my necktie
