Default turbo or type r motor

Has anyone installed a turbo kit in an integra.
does $3000 sound good for 00b18c1 gsr motor with turbo kit? 52000 miles
Do i need to buy anything special with turbo kit like new computer or ignition mod.
or i was thinking of a type r motor $4500, can i get it cheaper?

3000 should be a good price for a turbo b18c, but i for one wouldnt buy anyone elses work. i would look at the motor inside and out before i purchase it and id do a compression test on it too just to be on the safe side.
