Ok as some of you already know i wreked my ITR about a month ago tomorrow... so i ordered a jdm front end from www.importadrenelin.com which i mind you is an awsome company to deal with jason the owner is a cool guy and will go out on a limb for you... anyways i got my front end delivered to the body shop which it is getting fixed at and the boxes were destroyed to hell nothing besides the front lip and maybe the front bumper are useable... the core support is smashed from top almost to the bottom and the fenders are bent to shit the hood has a dent the size of about a basketball in the dead center... i understand that sometimes shit happens in shipping that you cant avoid small dents stuff like that but this is un called for and there is no excuse... i cant have importadrenelin send me another front end until the shipping company has investgated the situation... which shouldnt be a problem b/c they have it on file as being damaged when they recived it from the sub contracted shipper that got them the package... i will have pics posted probably tomorrow b/c im going to the body shop tomorrow to take a look at the front end and see how bad it is... so im going to try and talk to the shipping company and see what they can do in terms of like 3day shipping to me to compensate for the delay im going to have to go through b/c my body shop cant start working on my car until they have a good and stright core support to line everything up on...

 

Damn. Sorry to hear this sh!t. Those foos suck whoever did that.

 

importadrenelin.com has great customer service. i was going to get a JDM Front End from them as well, but decided to go with PasswordJDM because they're local. I can go pick it up as soon as it's available, and rush over to a shop and get it installed. I won't have to worry about shipping etc.

that said, importadrenelin.com's customer service was over the top. excellent.

 

yes indeed they are the gave me a front lip spoiler, radiator, and AC codensor all for free... b/c i told him that i needed one anyways and he was like well we will throw that in there for free for ya i was like cool... also i ordered a Non-HID kit from them and they are having some troubles locating a non HID headlight b/c the one they have is badly broken and couldnt ship it to me... so they are going to give me a HID headlight for free... i can defently say that there customer service is one of the best ive ever done business with...

 

Who are the shipping companies?

 

USF i dont know ive never heard of them... there web site is USFC.com

well they said that they have it on file as being damanged during shipping so i dont think that they will fight it... but its the fact that i cant get my car back b/c the body shop is waiting on these parts so they can get started on my car... and come to find out that importadrenelin.com doesnt have anymore front ends so now i have to wait for the next shipment to come in inorder for me to get the parts i need... i only need the care support, 2 new fenders, radiator, and AC condensior.. everything else somehow made it through.... i was going to post pictures of it but they are too big of files so it wont let me post them. it kinda looks like a fork lift ran over it b/c the core support is not something that gets damanged easily well at least not from being thrown around a lil bit...

i almost ordered from them also, but opted for PasswordJDM because they're local, and I can pick it up myself (saving myself the shipping cost).

i almost bought it from them late december, early january! this could've been my nightmare and hassle! sorry for your loss dude, i hope u get it straightened out with USF or whatever shipping company it was. why not UPS or FedEx? I thought everyone uses them by now.

 

i dont know im located in Maryland... this is not importadrenelin's fault at all and i am very greatful for everything that they have done... but i do kinda wish they used Ups or fedEx but i didnt know that they did freight shipping... i have a good feeling that it will be strightened out by them its just having to go through it is the trouble...
