what size is your rim? if its 15's i'd get the tires from tirerack.com and find a local shop that'll put them on your rim for like 50$...I got the yokahama avs es100's and i love them in the summer, as far as snow and a good amount of rain, there not to promising

The falkens hold up really well. Their was still 95% tread left on mine after 10,000 miles when I sold them back when I bought new rims.

I just got the BF Goodrich G-Force tires from tirerack.com....they're like 67/tire and then you can go to discount tire or something and have them mounted...its a pretty good deal. It'll be more than 300 to buy the tires and have them mounted but you'll save money ordering them online! They're awesome in the rain/snow as well as dry pavement.

I use the 205/50R15 Sumitomo HTR Z and it works well. They run about $60 a piece which is much cheaper (sometimes half) of other brands. They usually last about 20-30K miles depending on how you drive.

I like my Yokahama Parada Spec 2's. Pretty good in the rain. Kinda expensive though. The best tires I've ever had were Bridgestone Potenzas. Those were $600 for four 15 inchers. IMO, you definitly get what you pay for when buying tires.

Also, the Falken is a great tire and its affordable.
