Installing a freshly powdercoated valve cover...
I just stripped my B18B valve cover and spent 6 hours sanding and polishing it. It look great, but I did sttrip a bolt trying to get it off and had to dremel off teh nut. I read proper torque on teh nuts is 7 lbs. they don't have to be cranked down hard, just enoug to make the seal. I may have to replace my blaock-head bolt now, but hey , my ploished aluminum valve cover looks pretty good. I'll take a picture and post tonight.

Hope to see your pix!
Well the coating is completed! I'm very happy with the finished product! I hope you will be too! Lets remember how hard it is to take pix of a candy color with a digital camera also, glares suck! but you get the idea & you'll see it in person very soon!
