Default OBD II version B ECU

That would be an OBDII version "b" ECU, it would have four plugs, the first three are used and the last one is an empty receptacle. Someone will chime in if my info is incorrect.

I'm pretty sure anyways.

So the little plug your saying on the end? Theres no plug on the harness at all or it just plugs in with no pins?

This is what OBD II version "A" looks like (the one on top). I hope TI doesn't mind the use of this image to aid a fellow Integra owner.


Version B which is what the newer models have, would have an empy receptacle for the last connector slot. No, a connector should not go in an empty receptacle. Hope that helps.
