I have a 91 integra with a b16a motor and a weird electrical problem. Every time I go to crank the car, all the interior and dash lights flicker and my tach jumps around a little. It also won't turn the motor over. I thought it might be a bad ground but they all seem to be in good condition. The car also has an aftermarket alarm that I thought might be the problem but it doesn't seem to be that either. Any suggestions?

definitely dead batter or bad ground,
i belive its dead battery, had same prob before.

 

hmm. battery shouldn't be dead, i had a charger on it for a couple days. i know there's a ground on the engine block,battery, tranny, anywhere else i could have a messed up ground?

 

Have your alternator tested.
