What are your plans for the car? Daily driver/track car/autocross
What's your budget?
Where do you want your powerband to be located?
Do you want to keep your car NA?

You shouldn't look at how parts perform individually, you should look at how they perform together. Oh yeah, how much power are you looking to get.

put a jackson blower on it, its the most reliable boost and can get you into the low 14's and high 13's with the set up

a turbo is just as reliable as a JRSC but i dont want to get into a debate.

i have the greddy turbo on the psi the kit came with and ran a 13.957 @ 102.01, on tuesday (the 4th), im switching to uberdata and 550 injectors so ill have to get some new times.

but we need to know how much power you are looking to get and what kind of a budget you are on to really help you out.

Given a budget of $3K, I'd break it down as follows:

• Suspension:
± $800 for a quality spring and shock set. (Say something like the Tein BASIC or the Eibach Pro-Kit)
± $250 for polyurethane tie rod, training arm and shifter bushings.
± $200 for upgraded sway bars (I was going to buy the Eibach set this past summer, but they've gone out of production.)

• Tires: ±$200 for a quality tire that matches the climate and road conditions where you are located. If snow isn't an issue, something akin to the Toyo Proxes T1-S would work fine, even with the stock 15" alloys.

• Drivetrain: With the remaing $1500 or so, I'd pick up a lighter flywheel, a stronger clutch and a dry nitrous oxide kit from ZEX, along with the proper heat range plugs. I'd also upgrade the fuel pump to be absolutely sure that plenty of fuel is being delivered.
Brett (SN: Master Yodub) is very well informed when it comes to nitrous oxide systems and runs a dry ZEX kit on his DC4 (LS).

Of course, I'm assuming that all the required maintenance is done on your GSR -- like timing belt and tensioner, water pump, main oil seals and what-not. If there are any issues with you car when you get your hands on it, clearly you'd want to take care of those first

My 2.3¥.

Oh, and by all means, welcome to HAN.

The N1 has 2.36' diameter piping and is a straight-through designed exhaust. I would recommend getting a silencer to go with it for those late night cruises. That exhaust is rather loud in my opinion. :a:
