Hey, I have 1994 acura integra LS and I plan on replacing the O2 Sensor because it is the original and We messed it up. So I went to kregan autoparts and they have a bosch universal O2 Sensor....but theres no plug...I have the original plug on my old O2 sensor but the wires are different colors...how Would I know what wires are for what?

P.s. I cant afford a $270 honda OEM.

 

Tell me how many wires there is, what are the colors from the plug and what are the wires on your Bosch and we'll see...

 

Both Have 4 Wires and the color patterns are as follows:

Acura Wires: Black,Black,White,Green
Bosch wires: Black,Black,White,Gray

 

Well then there you go man, if your looking for the green light Gray/Green. Everything else is color matched.

 

Seems pretty self explanatory to me. I just hope you do it the right way and solder your connections, then shrink tube over them.

 

the wires where different color then what my friend said...but I figured it out with instructions...now the car runs better den ever...=)

Did you solder or crimp them? I thought you weren't supposed to solder because of voltage variations (it doesn't make sense to me, just what I've heard).

 

A good crimp will do the job. Just make sure it doesn't chaff near the piping.

 

It's the other way around. Crimp connectors aren't as good of a connection as soldering.
