Second I think that the power steering is over boosted in stock form and when you take off power steering it feels much better.
Given it is harder to turn when your stopped ie. parking lots, but once you are rolling its not a big deal.
I personally prefer the feel, also it builds big muscles
lol.It really not that hard guys, why don't you try it?, just take off the belt for a week, I bet you won't hardly miss it.

Here is a good thread from Honda-Tech discussing the removal of the power steering components and the parts reccomended to replace them.

Also make sure to read the original thread linked to in the first post.
Right now I am running a very similar setup in my car and will be moving to the setup in the thread listed above, hopefully this summer. I drive my car a lot during the non-winter seasons and removing the PS was one of the best things I have done. There is a very slight, butt dyno noticeable increase in power and the seams to rev quicker as well.
As far as driveability goes it took me about a week to re-learn how to drive my car. Once I was used to not having any PS I found I really liked it a lot better. I feel the road much better now and seem to be more in control of the steering. Sure parallel parking sucks but for the amount of times I do it I cannot complain. Now when I drive a car that does have PS the steering feels so loose and I feel disconected to the road.
For anyone contimplating this I suggest you remove your belt and drive around for awhile to see if you like it. If you do then you can remove the whole system since it is just added weight at that point and sell it on eBay.
If anyone has further questions feel free to send me a PM.
