i think ud be fine with 17's thats a pretty good deal as well i payed around 1500 for everything and that was cheep to me.

Whats the most you would suggest lowering it on 17"

as much as possible.. id say 1.5 - 2.5 inches depending on what size tires u go with

Depends on what you want man. Depends on how you drive, what you do with you car...do you want adjustability? Bags would be cool but you're gonna need a bit of $$...that way you can lower as much as you want and raise up for rougher terrain (i.e. speed bumps or whatever else)

another thing make sure u dont get more then 7.5inch wide wheels.. or youll rub your swing arm.

I'd personally go for 15 or 16 but that's just me and I think brothalynchhung's car is a nice, clean car. I think what ppl actually put on their cars and what they like are completely different issues.
