Default JDM ITR 4-1 header replica

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33631

I was just wondering if this seemed like a good deal since ive been looking to buy one for the past 2 months. Seems like a good price, but do you guys think its a good move to buy a replica. I just called the seller and he claims its 100% like the OEM (2.5" collector, same welds...) plus its half the price..If you guys have any input on this it would be really appreciated. Thx

It looks like the OEM piece except for the black. Can never be sure though.

The price is attractive, but the actual performance of it is a bit blurry. Can't really tell too much about quality just from looking at pics, but the welding looks shitty.

Ya well, i guess that performance wise they should be the same as the OEM since the specs are the same, their made from the same material so durability shouldnt be too big of an issue, but then again thats what scares me the most. The welding looks ok.........I guess ill be buying them tomorrow Ill give you guys info when i get them

Those welds by far are the shittiest of shitty welds. Hell it looks like they slapped gum on there, pressed it down and painted it black.

Then before you know it your car will Blow the welds off the exhaust manifold.

I'd consider getting the JDM DC 4-1 w/2.5" collector as well.. especially if you plan on mating it to a 2.5" exhaust.
