not really, you probably could pick up a set of gauges for a 98+ for cheap on ebay or a local wrecking yard. try haprecycling.com, they have a lot of parts. but hopefully someone who has done this sway before can post whether or not it will work. i remember reading on this board about people swapping gauges from 94-97 to the 98+ and something to do with their gauges not working correctly specifically their fuel gauge and certain indicator lights. check on the ITR forum because thats where i think i read about it. actually i would take this as a very minor thing compared to the whole picture and remember don't get your hopes down, i may be incorrect.

ya, i am not sure but i could swear i read something about swapping the printed cicuits on the back and getting it to work. heres a good question, since his teg has the first gen OBD2, will a 2000-2001 cluster work since those cars have the second gen OBD2?
