Silverstars suck, they are still yellow. Sure they have less of a yellow tint to it, but thats not the look i wanted.

I have APC Hyper White bulbs (Yup my only APC brand mod) and I love em. Looks great at night, bright white with a tint of blue. Also I have had them for over a year on my low and high beams and not once have they burned out. I was impressed...APC does make good bulbs hahah.

Silverstars are not yellow, I've personally seen them in three different versions and I swear by them. Sounds like a personal problem.

Ya they are, thats why they are street legal. Any bulb that is street legal has to have a yellow tint to them.

The link above shows silverstars at night

IMO why spend $20 bux for each bulb thats advertised as a white bulb when really it has a OEM type Look to them?? I made that mistake.

I had Piaa Super Whites in my car until one finally croked early this spring. They had been in my car for about 6 years.

I went to the Silverstars and they didn't seem as white but I wasn't totally sure. Well, after having the Silverstars in my car for about 5 to 6 months, one blew the other night. I wasn't very happy in their longevity. Being in a hurry, I grabbed the other Piaa and installed it quickly so I wouldn't be late for work. Seeing them side by side, the Piaa was definitely whiter.

But I will say this, the Silverstars are definitely less yellow than the OEMs.
