That picture looks just like my '95, with the short A-pipe. Beginning in '96 (OBD-II) there had to be a 2nd O2 sensor, so that's why you have 2 sensors in the cat.

Beginning sometime later (2000??) they lengthened the A-pipe, shortened the cat, & put the 1st O2 sensor in the end of the A-pipe. The sensor is always pretty much in the same place w.r.t. to the firewall/floor of the car.
