Default launching problems, pls help!

I am having difficulty launching (at the track) with my 94' LS, currently im running stock tires, AEM Short ram intake & Hot Wires, i have about 78k on the car, clutch is in good condition grips strong.

I either launch at about 2500 and the engine bogs for a second than i go,
or i take it to 3000 and burn out like crazy, ive tried feathering the clutch,
still i either gas too hard and burn out or bog the engine, i have adjusted
the play between my pedal and throttle a few times but nothing seems
to help. any tips?

Practice makes perfect. You seem to know the ideas of different techniques, just get as much seat time at the track that you can to practice.

OK, well, if 2500 makes you bog, and 3000 makes you spin... you should try 2700-2800. Happy time middle ground.
