Well I hit this little snag at the end of my little DIY. Bolt snapped off when I was torqueing it down. 
I was thinking, just get a drill bit, some PB blaster and have at it until I can get a flat head in and turn it??

Looks like a cam cap bolt. Gotta drill out the bolt and retap it if the threads are damaged. Be very careful when tightening these bolts, do not go over the recommended torque limit.

I would try a reverse drill bit and then a bolt extractor. If it broke because you over tightened it, it will probably come out fairly easy.
