Default Any one to help ?

Hey guys, I had a couple of things that are going on with my acura I wonder about. First, here are some pics - as well as explanations for my problem ( how / where do i hook up side markers [ i know where they are applied as to the fender, just, how to make them work ]) If any one you can recognize the set up and maybe how it works, pls let me know.. also, some mystery wires..

Alsl, I was wondering.. when i was driving the other nite.. my RPM's were like.. \ to / to | - just like, jumping around.. not from clutch slippage either.. just randomly jumping.. if you can help me out, it would be greatly appreciated

Can't see the pictures. However, you have to drill into the fender to mount the side markers, and wire them to the turn signal/parking light. As for the rpm problem, was it just the tach jumping around, or was the motor jumping around as well?

Smart ol' me had it on provate, but now if you go check, you can probably see the pics.. I know about the hole in the fender and the zinc stuff or whatever to prevent rust, but if you look at the pic, the set up.. i mean.. is there a MAIN wire i need to connect to ??.. and Yeah, it is just the tach jumping, motor runs normal.
