Heres the two compression rings honda gave me. The one on the right has a lower case T and a grey edge?

And also what the heck is all this talk of plastique gauge, I don't have one, where can I pick up a strip, please don't tell me honda. I'm sure I got the right bearings, why should I need to check the clearance.

You don't need to use the plastiguage, they were doing that because they were sizing for new bearings with their new rods. As for the rings, I looked closer at their ring pics...it looked like the oil rail ring has a grey edge. You could call the dealership and try and talk to one of the service techs to ask them maybe.
