I'm buying a set of tires for some 17 X 7 (rim size). I want to make sure they will fit under my car. I have Tien S-Tech on my R. I was looking at Falken /azenis sports, but the tire size for 17's is 225/45. Will that fit under my car? Any suggestions will help.

 

maybe 225 might be a little to wide
i'd gone for the 215s
if you can get your hands on a set of potenza so3's those are sweet
im in the process of looking for them myself

 

If you run 225's, you will need to roll the fenders for clearance. It isn't that hard to do if you are set on the 225's.

 

215s would work IMO. on the other hand, i'd go with 15s or 16s, but if you're sticking with the 17s, stick with 215s.
