Default cam question

Ok, quick question: I just bought a new intake cam (B18C5) for my '94 GSR and it appears that the hole on the distributor side of the cam isn't as deep as the cam I have in there right now. Is this going to make much of a difference (i.e. will this cam work alright in my car)? Why would one be deeper than the other? Thanks.

As I already stated in your other thread, you'll be fine with the type R cam. As long as the distributor key fits in the slot, you're ok.
