Default Help! 6500 rpm fuel cut off on a GSR engine

Hi, I have a 98 Integra RS with a GSR motor.
I just swapped the P75 stock ECU with P72 today, hoping to get more HP and higher fuel cut off.
But now my car runs really sluggish and the fuel cut off kicks in at 6500 rpm, which is even lower than it did on P75 at around 7k rpm.
I tried resetting the ECU but it had no effect.
Help!

The stock P75 is OBD-IIa and so is the P72. I don't know what the problem is... help me out.

Do you have all the extra GSR stuff wired up correctly?

- Knock sensor.
- VTEC solenoid valve
- VTEC oil pressure switch
- IAB control solenoid

Is it throwing a check-engine light?

I think there's a wiring problem as well.
