You'll be fine with those cams.

Cams actually go in the top end with your springs and retainers in the head below the valve cover. Anyways, CTR Intake cam is preferred for and Integra, the lift is a little higher. Changing out your exhaust cam does not make much of a diffrence. ITR and CTR exhaust cams only slightly differ from a GSR exhaust cam. Go with the CTR Intake cam.

I think he knew that and was just making sure the valves wouldn't hit the pistons in a stock motor. That's what I got from it anyways...

Guys I'm new here, just got an 95 gsr. What kind of gains can be expected from just changing the intake cam?

thats a very vague question. how much power you make depends on the type of cam and tuning

even the skunk stage 1 is more aggressive than ctr/itr cams so what is your definition of "better"

If it is installed properly, expect anywhere from 50-60hp. J/K roughly a 7-9hp gain can be expected.
