My brake light comes on every couple of days for the first start up of the car. It stays on and when I go to brake it turns off. When i start to go again it comes back on. My brake fluid is good and my emergency brake is completely down. I'm thinking its my brake pads that need replacement. But when I get back into my car again, it doesn't come on for the rest of the day, and may not even come back on for a couple of days.

 

Very common problem........do a search about it if you are curious, but it is probably not a big deal.

 

you should check out your abs sensors theres probobly soming wrong there uness its the ebrake light your talking about thats coming on if so check the ground were the push button is under the ebrake it could be loose
