I have that problem too because of the rims. Haven't been caught yet for speeding, just allegedly running a red light. Does the speedometer read faster or slower than normal with the bigger rims? I can't figure it out. I really don't know how to do it but I am just going to buy some stock rims and use my big ones for the canyon runs and stuff.

ive heard that it doesnt throw it off by much but some piggys out there will pull you over for like 5 miles over the speed limit, i think ive been told the most it throws it off is like some hwere between 5 to 10 miles any hour and egh i just want stuff to be right on the money not off...

rim size does affect the speedo, if you have 17s it will be thrown off about 5-6mph, it will seem like you're going 55 but you're really going 50

That's what I was gonna say. If anything your going slower. I have 17's and that's how it always seemed to me. Bigger wheel, longer rotation, slower pick up, slower speed.
