Default Help!

Im replacing my timing belt on my 2000 ITR. I couldn't break the tensioner bolt loose(it hasn't ever been touched untill now.I broke 3 sockets, then tried a chizzle and now the head on the bolt is messed up. Any advice?

... First of.. never chisel cause that could cause a lot of problems. Second you might go to an autozone. they rent tools that might be able to break the bolt loose. Most likely it was put in under a large amount of torque so it will be really hard to undo....

a chizzle? :slap: did you try using a braker bar or torque wrench?
