First of all got my APEXi VAFC stolen from my car, got a new APEXi VAFC II today....now seems that the capacitor in the ECU might be damaged or burned..can't figure out...

1. Is there a deterioration in the performance due to the above faulty?
2. How do you fix it?

Would appreciate suggestions...

BTW...my specs is JDM 2.0 ltr with JDM B18C ITR cams, etc...
